Community Service & Volunteer Information

Community service hours are required for the Bright Futures program. Although hours are not required for graduation, there are several other scholarship opportunities that do require, or look favorably upon students that have documented volunteer hours.

*Hours obtained at a church are limited to 20% of a student’s total hours (15 out of 75), UNLESS the hours are a part of a community service project the church is participating in.
